How do I place an order?:
To order you can shop on our website at www.geekcycled.com, meet us in person at one of our craft fayres – please see Upcoming events page.
What payment methods do you accept?:
We currently accept Paypal, this allows you to pay direct from a bank account or credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by personal cheque or postal order that is ok, please contact us for detail. Keep in mind that orders don’t get shipped until payment is cleared. If for some reason you are unable to check out you purchases please let us know and we can work something out.
Let us pick option – What does that mean?:
We have a vast collection of comics, so hopefully we can provide most characters that you as our customer might want. Many customers want a specific character, but are less bothered about artists or whether it’s black and white, modern, more vintage in style. The Let us pick option allows you to pay a little less for the product but we get to pick the exact images that are used. So if you don’t mind whether it’s Green Lantern or Superman, if it’s black/white or full colour – this could be the option for you.
We always post the items within 2 working days after payment has been cleared with the shipping option you have chosen. We cannot be responsible for packages that go missing during transit. If you want insured delivery so you can track your item and get insurance please choose the appropriate shipping option.
Delivery usually takes between 1-3 days for United Kingdom, 5-14 working days for Europe, 7-15 for the US and Canada, 7-15 for Australia and up to 21 working days for the rest of the world. Do note however that standard shipping can sometimes take up to 6 weeks (especially during holidays etc) so order well in advance! For custom orders the crafting and posting time frame is always adjusted and agreed beforehand.
Can I return my item?:
Since everything we sell is handmade and unique we may not always be able to offer a replacement or an exchange. To avoid disappointed for lost/stolen or damaged packages please make sure you ask for registered/insured shipping method costs. If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return your purchase you can do so within 7 days of receipt at your own cost. Let me know as soon as possible if this is the case. As soon as we receive the returned items – We will issue a refund to you. We do not refund shipping costs, only item value. Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons according to EU laws. Custom orders, discontinued and sale items are also non-returnable, unless broken in transit.
Am I able to order a custom order?:
Custom orders are always welcomed by Geekcycled however they may or may not be accepted depending on time of order, please remember to take into account shipping times. To discuss placing a custom order please contact us using the contact us form.
I like your products, do you have any products ready to ship?:
Obviously we understand that somepeople are working to tight deadline. If you need an item which is shippable quickly why not have a look at our Etsy shop,
How do I care for my items?:
To prolong the life of your unique GeekCycled product follow these simple steps… Avoid contact with water, whist our items are water proof they are not designed to be imersed in water – clean bowls, coasters and plates with a damp cloth, not in the dishwasher and cufflinks/lapel pins don’t love to go through a washing machine cycle.
Please keep in mind that all of my creations are handmade and/or hand assembled so minor differences are to be expected. Please note that colors may vary due to monitor color settings etc.

What sort of postage can you offer?:
We offer a full range of postage options depending on where in the world you are located. For those in the UK, our Standard postage is first class postage but you have the option to choose registered postage options.
The postage option you choose is up to yourself, we would recommend that the following types of items are sent by Airsure (international orders) or Registered mail (UK only sales)
- Items of high value (over £50)
- Items which need to be received by a specific date i.e for a wedding, birthday etc
How long does shipping take?

What happens if an item is lost/doesn’t arrive?:
In the first instance please contact us to let us know that the package hasn’t arrived. If you have chosen an enhanced shipping method such as Registered or Airsure postage, please try to track your package using the royal mail website.
